I suppose that you obtain comments to loop over the list, displaying
comments one-by-one on your page. You may use `reversed` keyword in `{%
for %}` tag then, for example:
{% get_comment_list for entry as entry_comments %}
{% for comment in entry_comments reversed %}
<p>comment.comment</p>
{% endfor %}
