Aaargh... with a top post like that, it's not clear what part of our
exchange you are responding to. Please consider bottom posting in-
context to make it easier for everyone to follow along and help you.
If I understand what you are asking, the only way to see what the old
code did is to run that application using the old version of Django
that it is compatible with. Then run your new converted code under a
new instance of Django version 1.0 (the new Django) on a different
listener port.
