I solve this problem
In ImageWithThumbnailField need replace method "formfield"
def formfield(self, **kwargs):
defaults = {'widget': ImageWithThumbnailWidget}
defaults.update(kwargs)
return super(ImageWithThumbnailField,
self).formfield(**defaults)
