What is the best way to do this? It is not included in the new docs, and the default form elements include required fields for name and e- mail address. Obviously if the user is logged in we don't need this.
Before I go hacking the form to shreds, I wanted to see if someone had a better idea. Maybe call a different default template? A different comment tag? It seems like the comment system would check to see if a user is authenticated then act accordingly. Instead, it treats every comment form like the old 'free comment.' I'm trying to make it so the user only sees the "comment" field. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django users" group.
