Found the solution to:
<ul>
{% for taskUpdate in object.taskUpdate_set.all %}
<li> {{ taskUpdate.comment }} </li>
{% endfor %}
</ul>
Djando lowercases model names when used in templates. But still I had
to call it object.taskupdate_set.all and not task.taskupdate.set_all
