Dane: You need to make a path where your images will go.
For example: avatar = forms.ImageField(upload_to='media/images', required=False) **I'm not sure what that label='Change Profile Image' is that you are doing.. Also, your MEDIA_URL needs to be: MEDIA_URL='/media/' Hope that makes sense..
