There's a couple of them available on code.google.com and elsewhere on the net. But most of the time you use the framework to build a custom CMS so instead of finding CMSs you will find applications. That is the general pattern, people release apps and a CMS is just a django project using a specific set of installed apps, some custom and some maintained elsewhere.
