Hi, I need to select different urlpatterns in my middleware's process_request hook. The docs say, process_request is called -before- the appropriate view is selected, which should mean there must be a way for me to tell django to use a different urlpatterns. I checked on CommonMiddleware that does a bit of url-rewriting and found it does a HttpResponsePermenentRedirect and not change the actual url in place which seems odd to me as I expected the middleware to rewrite the URL in place.
