Hi All, I am facing a problem while trying to accept an uploaded image in PIL whose name has some chinese characters .
error = "No such file or directory" on line 1400 i.e fp = __builtin__.open(fp, "wb") of Image.py in PIL Is it a bug or something that I am missing. Files with names in English work just fine.
