Here's example code to add to your Model:
def my_link(self):
from django.utils.safestring import mark_safe
return mark_safe("<a href="/admin/some/url/">Link title</a>")
my_link.short_description = "Click this"
my_link.allow_tags = True
In your Admin class' list_display, add 'my_link'
