The short answer (which you seem familiar with) is it's done when its, for
the most part, bug-free. A very approximate approximation would be
http://tinyurl.com/28kzrk when most of those are closed. In terms of work
pace, you can toggle on closed tickets as well and see the rate people are
closing them out. The main features, from what I remember, are Queryset
Refactor (aka qs-rf) and Newforms Admin(nfa) are checked in. I think there
might have been some other work that needed done pre-1.0 which I'm sure
others will chime in with. The project will be skipping .97, .98 and .99 due
to so many backwards incompatible changes in Trunk and we'll be heading
directly for the 1.0 release.
 If I've misspoken or gotten something blatantly wrong, someone feel free to
let me know.. but I think I've covered most of it.
