Well... the 'Django book error' subject... is because everyone seem to have to go down this path and the book says nothing about having to install the PIL library or even what it is.
Sorry to bother with such trivial questions. It seems the whole website is down for the libjpeg. Is there another place to find it... Do I even need it for the PIL? Thanks for the reply Evert.
