There's pyscripter: http://pyscripter.googlepages.com/ It is a (open-source) window application, but I ear it runs on linux using wine[1]. I've tried several editors, but this was the one that provided the best user-experience for me. The debugger is awesome, and there are instructions on how to get it going with django[2].
