That is after the 0.96 release of Django so in order to get it you will need to be running with an SVN checkout, not the 0.96 release. Are you? If you are then there may be another manifestation of the problem that needs to be fixed. If you are running with 0.96 or earlier, then you will need to switch to something more recent in order to get the fix.
