Hi all, I'm designing the URL structure for an application that will display some reports. This reports will be selected by the user in a wizard-like fashion, first selecting the main category, then the sub-category, and lastly the available report.
The categories and subcategories are part of the model, so that I can dynamically edit them. The URL naming that I'm using is something like: http://example.com/reports/<Category_name>/<Subcategory_name>/ I don't want to use category and subcategory IDs because that's not "the Django way", but when using names as URL parts I also get "ugly" URLs like: http://example.com/reports/Real%20Availability/... I suppose that this problem is already solved in some way so I ask you what's the best way to deal with this? Thanks in advance. -- Lucas Di Pentima - http://lucas.di-pentima.com.ar GnuPG Public Key: http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x6AA54FC9 Key fingerprint = BD3B 08C4 661A 8C3B 1855 740C 8F98 3FCF 6AA5 4FC9 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Django users" group.
