Hi all, A bugfix release of DbMigration has been made, you can find it at http://www.aswmc.com/dbmigration/
Apologies to those that downloaded 0.03, it was a corrupt release and I've been without an internet connection recently while I moved house, just got my connection back, so here's the fix :) Included is a pre-patched 0.96 django/core/management.py and the test project used during development.
