FYI, I'm woefully behind on merging that branch up to trunk. I really need to do that. Please take a look at the backwards-incompatible changes list since 0.96 here: http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/BackwardsIncompatibleChanges If any of those will cause you trouble, be careful updating the branch checkout.
