Yes, I'm sorry...let me be more clear: Feisty Fawn currently ships with Python 2.5.1c1. Python tried to change its API for dictionaries (which even broke pickle [1]) -- a change with which Django is not compatible [2]. They decided to pull out this change for 2.5.1-final, and as of yesterday (5/25) Feisty-updates has 2.5.1-final.
Anyone running 2.5.1c1 should upgrade to avoid unnecessary bugs when using Django.
