I've planned to make a public repository with fixed packages, but I'm too busy for this. Anyway, you can take Feisty package, replace source code with downloaded 2.0.6 source code from psycopg site, bump version number in debian changelog and build the new package. It's easy, I've done it in less than 10 minutes.
