A quick Google search should start you off on the right track. Try:

<ftp.centos.org/5.0/os/x86_64/CentOS/python-2.4.3-19.el5.x86_64.rpm>
or
<ftp.centos.org/5.0/os/i386/CentOS/python-2.4.3-19.el5.i386.rpm>

depending on your server architecture.
