More information is definitely needed here. You've just done the equivalent of "I've had a car accident." "Where should we send the auto service?" "There's a traffic light here." Just knowing the error string doesn't really tell us anything. Where did it occur? There are a few thousand lines of code (at least) involved in your setup, by the time you include Django and flup and your app. The traceback will tell you (and the people trying to help you on the mailing list) whether the probem is in the fastcgi code, flup, Django, your app, or somewhere else entirely.
