The version going to print is somewhat different from what's online now. We had to make a choice there because we wanted to roll in feedback from the site, but re-publishing to the site would have disheveled existing comments. Once it goes to print, I'm sure we'll re-publish the most current version to the site. Even so, there are a couple chapters and most appendices left to do, and code to be written before those chapters.
