Hm, yes, there is such a folder:
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/Django-0.95.1-py2.4.egg

but isn't this recorded in some registry/database/path as well?

Is it safe to just remove the folder? Why do you need a setup script
if it all boils down to a folder?

Just wondering.
