Ok, and I think this is the right approach ;) I have just one note: the admin interface turns the first character of a custom label to uppercase. Should the admin interface follow the same pattern and keep the custom label as is? I only get confused in this question because of the different way that the admin interface and the newforms work. But this is not even a real problem, this is just to keep the logic.
