if you can´t see the mentioned screenshot, your urls are probably configured wrong.
be sure to follow the installation guide EXACTLY - I´ve done that with all of my projects and I don´t have any problems. check the settings file (esp. MEDIA_ROOT and MEDIA_URL). patrick.
