I've updated Stephane to:

   - use DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE directly, if set
   - fall back to 'stephane.settings'
   - encourage setting this directly in grappelli.py

And I've updated the wiki page with this info:

   http://code.google.com/p/aspen-commons/wiki/Stephane

Does this address the issue?
