Plotly comes to mind. there are quite a few charting libraries in this python/web space. Google is as always your friend. But at the end of the day the best UX is always going to come from a library with a significant JS component. If you don't want to worry to much about JS plotly's py component will generate the JS/JSON definitions of the graphs, which you can ship , alongside plotly's js to thee browser.
