I am currently trying to generate reports for all the users to my application, and since a user can decide to generate one/more report(s). I have managed to create a new folder for a user inside the root directory every time they generate the report(s). The app works perfectly fine on my local machine, but the folders are not being created on the app hosted in Heroku.
