I just installed python, django and pip, completed a test env then deactivated the project env. Now I am trying to start a real project, I used pipenv to install django again and even though I just installed django when I yse django-admin startproject it says it can't find django. I ran a check and a graph and everything was okay, still it won't launch django and let me do my project. I am using ubuntu Mate 18.04
