Create a basic rest API that can perform CRUD operations on Users and their Blog with the following features/constraints. ❏ Use persistent model on database of your choice ❏ Only the creator of the blog should be able to modify it. ❏ Read access should be available to everyone. ❏ Anymore ACLs you might think should be present in it. ❏ Do not hesitate on improvising. We are not looking for perfection but your willingness and approach to tackle a problem.
