that has already been answered in the django documentation. Django is
not a tool for endusers to create quicky web applications. It is not
a ready made CMS/blog/BBs etc. It is meant for web application
programmers/developers who need to know the basics of CGI
programming, SQL, HTML and CSS. But these are restrictions on the
type of person who aims to use django - not restrictions on the type
of application django is suitable for - which is what the OP asked for.
