I have the following field in my model: area_hectares = models.FloatField(blank=True, null=True)
In my script for importing from a csv I seem to run into the following error: could not convert string to float The relevant part of the script is as follows: area_hectares=float(row[6]) Could someone please show me the error of my ways as I know I am doing something wrong(and probably very stupid)?
