Ah. I missed the part where you didn't want multiple settings files, sorry :(

In that case, yeah, I think you're going to need to do some
dispatching based on the Host header (as Simon suggested). If all you
actually want is to switch out the URLConf, you might be able to
accomplish this with middleware, though I'd have to sit down and think
for a bit about what the best method would be.
