Seems to work for me. Thanks for this. I always wished gmail had this feature as well. I'll likely use this one often.

(Greasemonkey must be installed first :https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/748/) When viewing a thread, it'll add a "Find GGroup Thread" link under "Forward all" on the right side of the gmail window. Click that, and it should open a tab w/ any msgs in the current thread's ggroup (not limited to django groups) based on the thread's subject. (Alas, I didn't see an advanced search option to limit results to just subjects and dates.) I'll toss it onto userscripts.org after someone reports it working for them.
