It looks like you configured your CMS_CACHE_DURATIONS setting as an
integer instead of a dict with a 'content' key pointing to an integer[0].
In other words you did
CMS_CACHE_DURATIONS = 42
Instead of
CMS_CACHE_DURATIONS = {'content': 42}
