STATICFILES_DIRS = (
    os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'firstdjango', 'static'),
)
STATIC_ROOT = '/Users/mk/Desktop/api/New folder/' : When you run
collectstatic files moves files from static files from static folder to
desktop.
add this settings to the settings.py
