Do you need front end development as well (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)? Are your models completed? Do you have migrations/fixtures? What version of Django? How many lines of code is in the project? Do you have wireframes or an application flow? Do you have documentation? What is the payment processor (stripe? paypal?) I actually have a Stripe Django App that I have been building to do one-off payments, and integration of subscription payments would be trivial/easy to implement for you.
