Finally I solved the  problem. It was caused by a different versions of
Django running on Linux and XP.
The procedure how I found that was like this:
I checked the imported data in text editor, that had utf8  support.
Utf8 was OK.
Then  on XP I inserted some data, via  Django application( the same as
on Linux) , into MySQL and after that I exported this data.
Again checked in text editor that had utf8 support. I found out that
even though the Django applicaton shown the correct characters, the
inserted data were not in utf8 coding.So, I copied the Django source
files from Linux to XP and problem was solved.
