I wish you the best of luck! One word of caution, though - the name "DjangoCon Costa Rica" is off limits. Under the terms of the Django Trademark license [1], the name DjangoCon is reserved for use by the Django Software Foundation. You're free to choose another name with "Django" in it (within some boundaries) - but even then there are some conditions you need to be aware of. If you're coming to DjangoCon US in a couple of weeks, make yourself known to me and I'll introduce you to the team organising that event - I'm sure they'll have plenty of advice, and maybe even some resources to share.
