Very nice. One suggestion (based on 2 minutes of looking at it) would be that for your members/ URLs, use SlugFields of the members' names, as opposed to their ID in the database.
For example, the URL for Karen Chang is currently http://asme.seas.ucla.edu/members/15 This would look much better as http://asme.seas.ucla.edu/members/karen-chang Otherwise, looks great!
