The front end design framework you use for styling the HTML rendered by your Django templates is completely up to you. All you'll need to do is include the tags pointing to your style sheets in the template code, and make sure that something is correctly serving your static files (ie your .css or .js files that Django does not create on the fly), whether it is the local dev server or a full blown web server application like Apache.
Just have the Django templates generate the HTML you would expect as if writing it in an IDE. I would suggest running through the entire tutorial, but part 6 covers referencing static style sheets in the templates.
