Let me see if i understand, you want put <fielset> and <section> per field?
Because if you want customize per field, you can iterate in fields of form
like this:
*{% for field in form %}*
<div>
<fieldset>
<section>
<label class="input" for="id_*{{ field.html_name }}*">*{{
field.label }}*
* {{ field }}*
</label>
</section>
</fieldset>
</div>
*{% endfor %}*
