sorry, but why you use apache? one-click deployment in local computer? or in heroku? Can i use createproject from template<https://www.djangopackages.com/grids/g/project-templates/>? why You don`t like old way by - mkvirtualenv spam && pip install django && django-admin.py startproject ?? Django is not CMS... :-)
