Unable to setup MySQL on CentOS5.9 for DJango

[schu@bigdata1 firstsite]$ which pip

I don't have pip either, 

Looked installed to me

[root@bigdata1 firstsite]# yum install MySQL-python
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, kmod

version
Nothing to do
[root@bigdata1 firstsite]#
