problem whit admin login

HI !

I am a newbie , my roblem is that I can login in the admin panel http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin/

The password  and the user is tha same of the mysql databases, right ?
The same  that in setting.py are DATABASE_USER and DATABASE_PASSWORD !
