it looks like you have a syntax error here:

    timetable =
forms.ModelChoiceField(queryset=Timtables.objects.all.ordered_by('-date')

should be:

    timetable
= forms.ModelChoiceField(queryset=Timtables.objects.all.ordered_by('-date'))
  # added a )
