While other answers have covered nicely how to install Django on your system, you might want to take this opportunity to venture in to the wonderful land of UNIX. It will make your life much, much easier :) If you have the option, install Linux beside your Windows in a dual boot setting and after that, Django and ALL Django app goodness is just one command away.
