You'll need the python interpreter first <python.org> then 'pip install django' should give you the latest release
(pip.exe lives under the Scripts subdirectory of your python install, which I think recent installers should add to you PATH automatically) Other than that I see nothing wrong with the offcial instructions at https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/intro/install/ have fun!
