OK, so here is what I'm trying to render from the Django view (so I
don't have to deal with the correct way to reference static content
just yet):

# Create your views here.
from django.http import HttpResponse

def index(request):
    return HttpResponse('''
<script type="text/javascript"
src="/media/dojo-0.3.1-kitchen_sink/dojo.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">
     dojo.require("dojo.widget.Editor");
</script>

<!-- outline the editor so people know where they can type -->
<div style="border: 1px solid #908f8f;" id="testEditor">
    <div dojoType="Editor"
        items="textGroup;|;justifyGroup;|;colorGroup;">
        <br />
        ...It could scarcely be easier.
        <br />
        <br />
    </div>

</div><p>
    ''')

My urls.py looks like this:

urlpatterns = patterns('',
    # Example:
    # (r'^tp/', include('tp.apps.foo.urls.foo')),

    (r'^tp/', include('tp')),
    (r'/?editor/', 'tp.editor.views.index'),
    (r'^annotator/', 'tp.annotator.views.index'),
    #(r'^media/(?P<path>.*)$', 'django.views.static.serve',
{'document_root': settings.MEDIA_ROOT})
    # Uncomment this for admin:
    (r'^admin/', include('django.contrib.admin.urls')),
)

I am close. I get the box with the text, but no functional javascript.

Thank you in adavce for your help,
~G~
