your options are:
1) find such a django-app.
2) develop it on your own.
3) if you are not depending on web-browsers -> you are looking for a
kind of resource planner - as you are python related - you could check
out http://www.tryton.org/ ERP system.
-> its open source - easy to use, stable and able to plan employee
resources besides other ERP procedures.
Users do login via a client side application.
